Hatchers
Egg hatchers differ from egg incubators in that they are only used during the last few days of incubation. This period of time is sometimes called "lock down" and is usually the last 3 days of incubation. During this time the humidity is often raised and egg turning is ceased to help the young birds break and escape their egg.
