    2 Review(s)

    Cabinet Incubator Value Option

This is the perfect cabinet incubator for a large breeder on a budget! An all-in-one unit, this incubator will get you all the way from egg setting to hatching, with no need for an additional hatcher! By setting one rack of eggs each week, you will have an easy rotation in no time, that will allow you to have continuous hatching! It comes with a full instruction manual to help you not only get set-up, but also give you tips for how to maintain your unit and how to have a successful hatch, as well as troubleshooting if needed.

The 1202E Classic Sportsman is a great option for those who want the capacity of a cabinet incubator, but do not need digital controls. This unit uses the same high strength plastic board as the popular 1502 model, making it better insulated, quieter, and easier to clean. Instead of the digital controls in the 1502, this unit features a rugged dial thermometer/hygrometer and a new multi-turn analog electronic thermostat system. However, it does still include automatic, mechanically timed egg turning to save you time and increase your hatch rates.

Like the 1502 the 1202E has 3 turning racks, bottom hatching tray, and moisture pan. It is also compatible with all GQF MFG cabinet incubator accessories such as the acrylic door, casters, and water reserve system. You will also want to add your choice of plastic egg trays to your order. They come in sets of 6, which is enough to fill the entire incubator (2 per shelf). When you fill all the trays with eggs, you capacity is 270 chicken eggs,1368 Quail Eggs (set and hatch 250 per week) or 216 larger eggs, such as duck, etc. 270 chicken eggs,1368 Quail Eggs (set and hatch 250 per week) or 216 larger eggs, such as duck, etc.

  • GQF MFG Digital Hatcher Incubator 1550

    3 Review(s)

    Professional Hatcher

This hatcher is designed to be the perfect complement to the 1500 Professional Incubator. However, whatever incubator you choose, this hatcher is designed to allow for the best hatching conditions. Unlike setting incubators, hatchers usually operate at slightly different temperature and humidity settings to obtain optimum hatch. With five hatching drawers the 1550 Hatcher will hold the complete setting of the 1500 incubator. For expanding operations the 1550 can be matched with up to three 1500 incubators.

The 1550 can be used to set eggs, but each egg will have to be turned by hand. For small chicks such as quail, each hatching tray comes with a tray cover. This unit is also a great choice for incubating reptile eggs. If you remove every other tray, starting with the top tray, you should have plenty of room to place your containers inside to incubate your reptile eggs. The temperature will go as low as 60ºF, provided your room temperature is about 50ºF.

The No. 1550 HATCHER offers an accurate digital thermostat with LCD display of Temperature and Humidity. An on-board computer monitors systems and the environment every second to keep itself updated and to share this data with you. Audio/visual indicators and a standard easy view door highlight a number of standard features.Constructed from high strength plastic board making it well insulated, quieter, and easier to clean.

  • GQF MFG Digital Professional Cabinet Incubator 1500

    1 Review(s)

    Professional Incubator

Are you a serious poultry, waterfowl, or game bird breeder? Then the 1500 "Professional" Incubator by GQF Manufacturing was designed for you! The No. 1500 “PROFESSIONAL” incubator offers an accurate digital thermostat with LCD display of Temperature and Humidity. An on-board computer monitors systems and the environment every second to keep itself updated and to share this data with you. Electronic automatic egg turning control, audio/visual indicators and a standard easy view door highlight a number of features. Constructed from high strength plastic board, the latest version of this model is well insulated, quieter, and easier to clean. We recommend adding plastic egg trays to your order. They come in sets of 6, 2 for each of your turning trays, and in a variety of sizes. One 1500 Incubator will hold 270 chicken eggs,1368 Quail Eggs (set and hatch 250 per week) or 216 larger eggs, such as duck, etc.

The No. 1500 “PROFESSIONAL” is designed to be used with the No. 1550 HATCHER. We recommend purchasing the two together. Up to three No 1500’s can be used with one No 1550 hatcher for a weekly production of chicks from a laying flock. Since this unit is intended to run as part of a incubation/hatching system, there are some advantages that this incubator has over the dual cabinet models. First, it is much easier to maintain because you do not have to deal with the mess of hatching. Also, you can leave your temp and humidity settings the same, without having to adjust for hatching as that will be done in the hatcher. This unit also has the trays set further apart, allowing more air flow through the unit as well as letting them turn at a steeper angle. This leads to stronger chicks, and ultimately better hatch rates.

  • Genesis Hova Bator Incubator 1588

    6 Review(s)

    Fully Digital Hova-Bator!

The Genesis Model Hova-Bator is the latest and greatest from incubation experts GQF MFG. Featuring fully digital temperature settings, this model allows you to set your temperature to any required for your bird or reptile incubation, down to as low as 60ºF (room temperature has to be 50ºF for the 1588 to regulate 60ºF).  Even though you have this great range for setting your temp, it comes pre-set for bird eggs (99.9ºF), so most eggs will be able to go right into the incubator with no adjustments required! Just plug it in, add water for humidity, your egg turner (sold separately for all size eggs), and eggs! The LCD will display set temp, actual temp and humidity percentage in both Fahrenheit and Celsius, while the pre-set microprocessor based thermostat digitally regulates itself.

This incubator is TUV Listed & safety tested, making it perfect for use in a classroom or laboratory setting. It also uses a 12 Volt system which operates on a 100-240 Volt AC, with only U.S. plug and cordset supplied. The digital technology in this thermostat means the command setting is never affected by changes in humidity, temperature or dust. Built in sensors prevent the “burn up” of eggs. In the event of a failure, the system simply shuts the heater off. Like all incubators, the Genesis requires a stable room temperature and should not be used in areas like sheds or barns.

This easy to use, certified safe incubator is a great choice for breeders; both novice and expert, bird or reptile, even classrooms and labs!

  • Hova-Bator 1602N Incubator

    2 Review(s)

    Thermal Air Egg Incubation

The radiant heat tube gently warms the inside of the incubator, the air and eggs. Thermal action of the heated air flowing out of the exhaust vents in the top of the incubator, draws fresh air in through the bottom vent. This thermal air flow also assists the drying of the chicks after they hatch. This design includes two small windows on top for viewing. The wafer thermostat is proven, accurate technology that produces great hatch results. During incubation, eggs must be turned several times a day to prevent the yolk from settling to one side and to exercise the embryo. Without an automatic turner in place all Hova-Bators will hold any size egg, from 130 small Quail eggs, up to 50 large duck eggs. You can also choose to add an egg turner at any time, and select from the #1610 Quail & Chicken Egg Turners, #1611 Chicken/Universal Egg Turner, or the #1614 Goose/Large Egg Turner. Adding an egg turner will reduce your time-investment and ultimately reduce stress and worry while increasing your hatch rates.

  • Turbofan Hova-Bator Incubator 2362N

    3 Review(s)

    Reliable, Economical, Circulated Air Incubator

The Hova-Bator is known as the "World's Best Small Incubator". We are able to offer this item to you at a lower cost than many of the circulated air incubators because it uses a wafer-style thermostat rather than a digital thermostat, and features two small windows rather than one large window, resulting in lower cost without compromising egg viewing. The wafer thermostats are easy to use, and dependable. The circulated air feature means that you are able to hold a more consistent temp throughout your incubator regardless of the outside conditions, or egg size. Therefore, there will be fewer instances of hot or cold spots, and that your heater will work more efficiently. This adds up to better hatch rates, the ultimate goal in incubating. We also offer combo deals that include automatic egg turners. This unit, without the egg turner, will hold 130 quail eggs or 50 duck or chicken eggs.

    1 Review(s)

    Incubation With A View

Every breeder knows that having visibility of your eggs is important. They also know that reducing the number of times you open your incubator lid or door will help you maintain more consistent temperatures. The TurboFan Circulated Air Hova-Bator #1583 offers a full top, double plate plastic viewing window that allows you visibility of all of your eggs without opening the unit. This unit is great for the classroom or learning environment as it can allow many people to look inside at once, and allows for great observation of the hatching process. This unit is also able to keep an even better temperature consistency through utilization of the TurboFan circulated air system. This system helps reduce hot and cold spots, and leads to an overall better hatching environment. With the TurboFan, it is important to note that your humidity will rise faster than with a thermal air only unit, so you will want to make sure you know how to monitor and adjust those levels prior to incubating. Once your incubator is set up and ready to go, all you have to do is add your eggs, turn accordingly, monitor your temp and humidity, and wait for them to hatch!

With duck eggs being slightly larger than standard chicken eggs, incubating for 28 days, and having higher humidity requirements than most other bird species some special consideration is necessary when selecting an incubator for duck egg incubation. Here we have done all the work for you so that you can shop with confidence and select the correct duck egg incubator for your needs. Duck eggs can come in a variety of sizes, so it is important to take into consideration what type of duck eggs you will be incubating. Small to medium sized eggs can fit into a automatic chicken egg turner while larger duck eggs, such as Pekin duck eggs, may require a goose egg turner. Understanding your breed and how it relates to egg size can make a big difference in not only the incubator you choose, but in the capacity you will be able to get. Typically, a good rule of thumb to follow is that if your adult ducks are 6 lbs or greater, then you will most likely need to bump up to the larger egg turner. If you have any questions about which duck egg incubator you should choose, please contact us at (800) 259-9755. We will be happy to answer any questions.
