I realize this is probably my fault for not reading more carefully, but this ONLY works with an R-Com Mini. It IS NOT a candler that can be used with any eggs. I bought it thinking it was just a candler, but it did not work for me, so I ended up returning it and getting a standard candler instead. I'm sure this works well for it's purpose, but if you are buying it, make sure you have the incubator to go with it. (Posted on 11/6/2013)
Only works with R-Com Mini Incubator!Review by Wanda P.

I purchased this egg candler for use in my classroom. I had originally purchased a different incubator to go with it, but it didn't work with it at all. I called Incubators.org, and they helped me get just what I needed. We ended up with the R-Com Mini Incubator with this candler. Last year was my first year as a teacher, and I was so excited to get started. We incubated 3 chicken eggs we got from a local farmer, and all 3 hatched! Our kids loved watching the progress, and this candler gave us a great view "behind the shell". If you aren't sure what you need or what to get, just give these guys a call and they will help you get on track! Thanks! (Posted on 10/15/2013)
